Six scenes around the upper part of the circlet bear representations of the biblical figures Abraham, Jacob, Moses, Aaron, David, and Solomon. The inscription on the lower circlet reads "T[his is the] d[onation of] R[abbi] Isaac Itzik son of Judah Leib son of Abr[aham] from Liss[a], and his spouse Mindel daughter of R[abbi] Solomon, H[ead of the] R[abbinical] C[ourt], of Rotterdam, [in the] year 'Holy ones will come to the Lord' (chronogram for [5]543=1782/83)". Although made in Breslau, in Silesia, the form of this crown resembles that of Galician Torah crowns. This crown was dedicated to a synagogue in Lissa, Poland.
